Our mission is to foster a work culture that rewards and retains excellent drivers through safety, integrity, trust, teamwork, and fun!We’re committed to what drives your success as a CDL-B local dedicated truck driver at DTS!Avg $1,000+ per week!Overtime for hours over 40Daily Home TimeSchedule: Drivers leave between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM and work 8-10 hour shifts, depending on delivery volume.Workload:Deliver palletized and shrink-wrapped A/C units and accessories.Routes are static, generally delivering same customers each dayRoutes regularly include 3-4 stops per load, additional stops based on business volumesDrivers regularly perform no-touch freight; pallets are tailgated only against dock delivery points, some customer deliveries may be requiredComplete the day by picking up returns from stores and returning them to the warehouse.Drivers will operate 26-foot box trucksPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision401KCDL-B local dedicated truck driver requirements:At least 21 years of ageValid CDL-BAt least 6 months over the road experienceNo more than 2 preventable accident in the most recent 3 year driving period.Must be able to fulfill duties that require repetitive bending and reaching, etc. throughout each shift.Must be able to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirementsDedicated Transportation Solutions (DTS) is an Ascend company.
