This is what guides us to provide you with a tailored solution for your business and personal needs, whether it be property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, personal insurance or financial services.Employee Benefits Customer Service Agent (CSA)Primary Role:Day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned Group Benefits accounts, including but not limited to: under the direction of assigned Account Executive, to provide Group and Individual Benefit Lines support in renewing, obtaining, expanding and servicing accounts. Will report to the Operations Manager.Duties:Maintain expiration lists and ensure all policies are renewed or rewritten.Prepare for 120-day meetings with the Account Executive.Maintain customer information in customer group folder on M Drive.Prepare proposals, complete rate comparisons, and complete census spreadsheets.Prepare quarterly and semi-annual claim reviews for self-funded clients.Order renewal policies and check in when received per agency procedure.Contact customers to obtain necessary information to quote renewals.Coordinate renewal process with Keystone Insurance Group and any other current carriers.Receive phone calls, faxes or e-mails from customers for policy endorsements and process per agency procedures.Input new customer information, maintain and update current customers in Applied Epic.Update Applied Epic with activities.Receive via phone, fax, or e-mail claim information from the insured and/or client, and work with DeHayes dedicated claim specialists for resolution.Follow up with the customer/insurance companies on direct bill issues.Follow and adhere to all HIPPA Privacy Procedures.Consult with Account Executive on prioritizing workflow.Participate in training meetings, seminars to improve your skills and to meet licensing continuing educations requirements.Perform other duties as assigned to assist the Producer with current customers and new business.Qualifications:Indiana Life & Health Insurance License requiredMinimum of 3 years of insurance brokerage or equivalent experienceExtensive knowledge of all lines of Group Benefits, including sophisticated and less common coverages, especially those products represented through agencyThorough knowledge of brokerage operations including claims handling, procedures, companies rating, agency management system, and applicable insurance laws/codesExperience with Applied Epic, or related agency management system, Applied Benefits Designer and Employee NavigatorExperience and expertise in operating in electronic environment; excellent automation skills, including MIS, Outlook, Word, Excel, document management software, carrier proprietary systems, and phone systemsExcellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skillsKeen attention to detailAbility to multi-taskHigh degree of self-motivation and self-directionHours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pmOffice Location: 11118 Coldwater Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46845Benefits:Competitive CompensationHealth Insurance Plans (PPO, HSA, Copay Options)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany Paid Disability InsuranceSupplemental Insurance including Critical Illness, Accident, Legal, Pet Insurance401(k) with Safe Harbor MatchPaid Time Off Paid HolidaysNo Solicitation Notification to Agencies: Please note that Keystone Agency Partners and our Partner Agencies do not accept unsolicited resumes or calls from third-party recruiters or employment agencies. SUMMARYUnder administrative direction, supports the planning, and scheduling of raw materials (chemical, packaging, contract manufacturing, Turnkey FG, MRO) utilizing MRP to order and maintain necessary stock levels required for production requirements. Works with Logistics, Planning, Sales and Production functions to coordinate Production Control and Planning to meet customer demand. Assists in the negotiation of price, freight, and terms with supplies to minimize costs under direct supervision.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Includes the following under direct supervision:· Assists in preparation of instructions and SOP’s regarding purchasing systems and procedures.· Analyzes inventory turns and levels for each product line with the Sales Department and determines appropriate stock levels for each warehouse location according to a Just-in-Time approach.· Assists with regularly scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory counts.· Providing effective and timely production schedules to maintain adequate amounts of finished product· Accurate and timely posting of batch tickets· Posts completed production, analyzes formula changes and corrects used quantities as requiredSchedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levelsEvaluate suppliers or quality, timeliness and match according to goals.Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory.Forecast market challenges based on competitor analysis and industry trends.Address issues regarding quality and productionProduce reports based on findings and performance of production.Manage deadlines based on project expectations.· Other duties and responsibilities may be assignedQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
