We have two highly functioning female clients seeking a female Host Home provider willing to share a home in Wellington, Colorado. The provider must be willing to move into the home they currently reside in and share in the rent and utility expenses. The individuals will need support with their daily living tasks, cooking, shopping, housekeeping, transportation, and care of their pets. Some things they enjoy are going for walks and watching movies. As a home provider, you share your home with an individual with a disability. Your responsibility is to maintain a safe and healthy home environment for the individual and be a mentor while helping the person as needed with the tasks of daily living.In this role, you assist with cultivating life skills and fostering independence. We work to match interests and lifestyles between people. You will participate together in activities of daily living, both at home and in the community. Through the matching process, you are able to match with a person whose needs fit the support level you wish to offer.
