Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required. Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements. Lauderdale 24/7 Care Center support The largest ACO dedicated to home based primary care Experienced with clinically integrated network (CIN), population health management, and value-based healthcare initiatives Best practice protocols including COPD, Pneumonia, CHF, Diabetes, and Chronic Care Management Web-based EHR for all clinicians Fully implemented compliance, QAPI, infection prevention and control plansWe are currently looking for physicians in the Jacksonville area to join the VPA team.
