This includes managing raw materials, finished goods, and production planning, performing critical month-end closing tasks, and working closely with the ERP system to ensure data accuracy. You will also maintain effective communication with internal teams and assist in logistics coordination, helping to address and resolve any inventory discrepancies or transportation issues.Your essential responsibilities for the Inventory Control Coordinator:Track inventory levels and movements between storage tanks, ensuring accuracy across all ERP entries.Manage the receipt of raw materials, verify entries into ERP systems, and update production planning sheets with current inventory levels.Complete month-end closing reports, identify issues and communicate findings with the plant and terminal teams.Monitor and maintain accurate terminal inventories, including tracking and resolving issues related to railcar logistics.Calculate and analyze yield gains for raw materials and finished products, conduct slosh test audits, and complete BBS forms to uphold safety standards.Join the Dynamic Team at the Forefront of Energy Innovation!If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a team shaping the future of natural gas and chemical manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
