The successful candidate is friendly, and professional and has a natural talent to always put our patients first in delivering unparalleled customer service in a thriving fast-paced clinic.*Duties and Responsibilities:** Responsible for accurately and professionally handling front desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling all appointments, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel.* Prepares necessary patient paperwork before the patient’s appointment.* Review EMA for information that needs to be updated.
